Get running with our Couch to 5K Program!
Taking up running can seem like a scary prospect, especially if you feel out of shape or unfit.
Our program is for everyone. Wheather you've never run before or you want to get more active.
Congleton Harriers Couch to 5K program will help you gradually work up towards running 5Km in just 9 weeks in a supported and structured environment.
Our plan involves 2 sessions per week and starts with a mix of running and walking to gradually build up your fitenss and stamina.

When will I run?
Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6pm from Congleton Tennis Club CW12 1JR
What standard of do I need to be?
The course is aimed for complete running beginners, but by the end of 9 weeks you should be able to run 5k without stopping.
