Hi everyone, In the June 2009 runners world there is some fabulous stretches to do and they do make you feel more mobile. I'd recommend giving them ago. (made me find muscles that I though I never had anyways
On there website they are offering some interesting advice about runners and weight loss which again is well worth a look, as I think many of us cut the wrong food out whilst trying to lose weight, thus having an impact on training.
