Cloud 9 Bake Off

The cake stand at the Cloud Race is becoming something of a legend (eat your heart out Langley 7 ladies) and we want to ensure that our hard earned reputation stays intact. So, this is a plea to any bakers among you who might be able to help out by rustling up a Cloud 9 Race Cake. Any contributions will be greatly appreciated, although we have found that large cakes tend to sell better than fairy cakes/muffins and we know now that everyone loves a flapjack and millionaire shortbread!

If you are able to help out can you please let me know so that we have an idea of what sort of stock we’ll have to work with on the day.
